Within the Project "Building Capacity of National Stakeholders to Provide Social and Psychological Support to Conflic The ExB SPU project “Support to National Stakeholders in Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice” (hereinafter – the "Project") envisages to organize one-week summer school for law students on the rule of law, constitutionalism and human rights issues.
The 2025 Summer School (being the XIII-th annual Summer School, supported by the OSCE) will focus on key contemporary challenges to the constitutional reform, national legal reforms processes, protection of human rights and the rule of law.
The format of a Summer School is chosen to raise awareness among the young generation on Ukrainians on constitutional democracy values, societal dialogue principles and to serve as a neutral forum to promote dialogue between young people from different regions on future of Ukraine. The event will provide a unique opportunity for young people to promote dialogue on the future of the country while following an intensive programme in the topics, to share their regional experiences, and to establish lasting personal connections
Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a Hotel/Conference service company to provide logistical and technical support (conference services, accommodation, equipment, catering, travel expenses compensation, etc.).
