Summary of Requirements

1. Within the ExB OSCE SPU Project “SPU II - Strengthening Ukraine’s CTHB Response through Institutional Reform and Strategic Capacity Building”, it is planned to organize simulation-based trainings for police cadets on investigating human trafficking and crimes related to child sexual abuse materials (CSAM). The training will combine theory with simulation-based exercises, allowing cadets to practice online investigative techniques, victim interviewing (including minors), digital evidence collection, and virtual asset tracing.
   Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires conference services and logistical support (accommodation, catering, travel expenses compensation, equipment, technical support for Zoom conferences) for organising the simulation-based training for police cadets on investigating human trafficking and CSAM crimes.
