Expression of Interest Provision of Printing Services for the OSCE
The OSCE is considering to establish a 3 years contract for printing service with a vendor who meets the following minimum qualification criteria:
- Certificates: ISO 14001; ISO 9001:2001;
- Environmental paper use; FSC, PECF (or similar)
- High-quality offset and digital printing;
- 5-colour print;
- Computer-to-Plate-light exposure (CTP-Technology).
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is planned to be issued beginning of March 2016.
As an option we might consider typesetting services within the contract.
