Summary of Requirements

Co-organizing four expert meetings (on content moderation and content curation) and the development of policy guidance and recommendations on how to safeguard freedom of expression when artificial intelligence (AI) is deployed.

 

This Expression of Interest (EOI) consists of the attached documents: the 1. Public Call, and 2. Annex A. Acknowledgement Form (please return before 17 December, 17:00 CET local time Vienna);

  • Applications (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be delivered in separate PDF files) must be received by the OSCE under tenders-at@osce.org on or before 17 December 2020, 17:00 CET (local time Vienna). Any application submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected;
