The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks proposals from qualified contractors for the service of producing infrastructure designs, technical documentation and preparation of detailed architectural/tendering documents for the improvement of selected settlements within Serbian municipalities to enable settlements applying for IPA 2013 funds, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated in the RFP/SER/26/2015.
