The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a Contract with a Software-as-a-Service hosting provider for an Open edX E-learning system. It will complement the corporate web presence POLIS Online Information System (polis.osce.org). The E-learning portal must adhere to an SLA level of 99,9 % availability and receive 24/7/365 support. The initial term of the planned Contract is 1-year with an option to extend for four consecutive 1-year periods subject to the funds availability, need of service and Contractor’s performance.
