Events organized by the OSCE include, but are not limited to, International and Regional Conferences, Seminars and Workshops, Round Tables and Meetings, etc., of various duration periods and various numbers of participants. The scope of services required in support of such events normally includes hotel accommodation, rental of conference rooms and equipment, provision of meals and refreshments, and organization of special events and receptions.
