The OSCE Information and Communications Technology Services is interested to establish a Local Window Contract for the provision of services related to the Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) lines to inter-connect three OSCE Offices.
Key service requirements:
- Managed MAN services for the OSCE Offices in Vienna, Austria;
- 24 x 7 Service Desk and account management team to support MAN services.
As a result of the competitive tender, the OSCE is intend to establish a Contract with the initial term of 1-Year and four 1-Year renewal options.
