The Information and Communications Technology Services (ICTS) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Secretariat located in Vienna, Austria is looking for a company that has knowledge and experience in the area of managed Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) lines.
Service Requirements
The scope of the planned tender will include:
- Managed MAN services for the OSCE Offices in Vienna, Austria (3 locations);
- 24 x 7 Service Desk and account management team to support MAN services.
As a result of the competitive tender, the OSCE is interested in establishing a Local Window Contract with the initial term of 1-year and four 1-year renewal options.
