The Implementing Partner will conceptualize and carry out research, resulting in a 15-20 page paper which maps out the existing minority representation mechanisms in Kosovo, analyses their effectiveness according to their stated aims and mandate as well as against the standards set out by HCNM, and outlines recommendations towards improvement of mechanisms in relation to the Kosovo context.
