Monitoring of the Parliament and its activity by civil society is a key step in consolidating democracy in a country.
Therefore, there is a need in a more consistent academic approach to parliament’s monitoring, including the development of meaningful criteria and indicators, making possible measurements and comparison of parliament’s work on annual basis and among the legislatures.
