The contractor will be responsible for preparing, facilitating and accomplishing 2 (two) six-day training courses, including the Training of Trainers (TOT) component, for approximately 216 female managers from all regions of Uzbekistan in Uzbek and Russian on the following topics: General Management, Human Resources Management, Financial Management and Marketing Management.
