The Secretariat of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is interested to establish a 5-yaer Contract for the printing of business cards and related services subject to funding availability, need for services, and contractors’ satisfactory performance. All rates and prices shall be fixed for 2016 and costs thereafter shall be agreed with the OSCE on an annual basis.
