Procurement of Laptops, Printers, Cameras and other IT equipment and accessories for donation to Mission’s beneficiaries
Following questions received from interested bidders, the OSCE Mission to Skopje decided to amend the RFQ/SKP/006/2026-Procurement of Laptops, Printers, Cameras and other IT equipment and accessories for donation, to reduce the bid validity period from 60 (sixty) to 30 (thirty) days, due to current market dynamics, instabilities and uncertainties. The change aim to increase competition and obtain best-value-for-the-money.
The technical quotation forms for all lots have been amended accordingly to reflect the shortening of the bid validity period. Using of the previously provided technical quotation forms will also be accepted.
No other changes, beyond the reduction of the bid validity period, have been made.
All other terms, including submission deadline remain the same. To ensure clarity, the entire tender dossier is attached.
