Summary of Requirements

Production of 2 video Public Service Announcements (PSAs) including further adaptation for demonstration on TV channels and in Internet. Language of all video PSAs including subtitles is Ukrainian. The produced materials shall be aimed at informing Ukrainian voters about the types and importance of the “first” community elections.
