The aim of this RfQ is to select a company to produce a short, up to maximum ten (10) minute film on the winner’s activities and a maximum two (2) minute film teaser. The film will be presented to the audience at the Award Ceremony and published on the HCNM’s YouTube channel and website. The film will promote the achievements of the winner. The video should showcase the organization’s work, specifically in using history education and cultural heritage as tools to support societal change in the region. The video also aims to reflect on the winner’s main achievements in relation to creating spaces for exchange, collaborative learning and dialogue on shared histories and contemporary social challenges among young people, educators and local partners.
The teaser will be shared through social media to promote the film, the ceremony and the winner. It should be produced after the film, and should use footage used in the final version of the film. The HCNM will provide an outline.
