To celebrate the Marking the 30th anniversary of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, the Mission is looking to hire a Service Provider as an external contractor that would be in charge of entire pre-production, production and post-production process of the video campaign in close consultation with CMRU while developing campaign products: 1) Production and release of a video documentary; 20 minutes length and 2) Production and dissemination of 10 video statements.
The campaign shall follow the outlined concept and the content presented in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
