Together, the Conflict Prevention Centre (CPC) and the Transnational Threats Department (TNT) plan a regional workshop on Customs Procedures and Licensing Issuance: Integrating the National Processing of Dual Use Goods and Conventional Weapons through Information Sharing. The objective of the assignment is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistic support services for a regional workshop on Customs Procedures and Licensing Issuance: Integrating the National Processing of Dual Use Goods and Conventional Weapons through Information Sharing, carried out by the OSCE Secretariat in Kyiv, Ukraine on 9-11 October 2012. The winner of the RFQ shall ensure the highest quality of organisational and logistic support of the event, including accommodation, airport transfers, providing conference facilities, technical equipment and catering, printing out information materials and securing event support services and staff, with the total number of participants being 50.
