  • Ensure the provision of the web-portal advertisements on Telegram channel. it should be news channel that belongs to the registered news outlet in Uzbekistan
  • Bidders must demonstrate user count rate at 500,000 + in the Telegram channel. At least 90% of them should be geographically located in Uzbekistan.
