The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan is seeking offers from qualified and eligible companies who will be responsible to provide on-going on-line consultancy for the farmers by the means of qualified experts in 8 areas and constant update of the content of the web-portal in three languages (Uzbek, Russian and English).
