The OSCE has a requirement to provide arrangement for and support to the workshop on the “OSCE Best Practice Guide on Deactivation of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW)” in Minsk, Belarus on 16-17 April 2019, including accommodation, airport transfers, conference facilities, rental of equipment and technical support as well as catering services and printing of information materials. The event venue should be a well-refurbished four or five-star, Western European style hotel in the city centre of Minsk, preferably located within a walking distance (10 min.) to the Ministry of Defence (1, Kommunisticheskaya St., Minsk), with spacious conference facilities for up to 35 participants. Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
