The objective of this solicitation is to enter into a multi-year contract for the provision of project and support services covering the full Cisco product range to the OSCE Secretariat as well as OSCE Institutions and Missions located outside of Austria via remote support.
The provisioning of professional project and support services shall be based primarily on pre-paid pool hours. From time to time there may be additional orders of support for specific projects outside of pool hours.
