Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Secretariat has a requirement for supply and delivery of coffee vending machines and associated services from qualified and eligible service providers for the Secretariat’s premises located at Wallnerstrasse 6, Vienna, Austria, and intends to establish a contract for up to 5 (five) years for these services. The OSCE engages in responsible procurement by which environmental, social and ethical considerations are taken into account. Responsible procurement involves choosing products and services that have a reduced negative effect on society, the environment and people’s health.

This bidding is open to all eligible companies as defined in the bidding documents. The OSCE may, in its sole unfettered discretion, disqualify or otherwise determine ineligible any potential Bidder that the OSCE believes is, has been or will be, whether directly or indirectly, engaged in criminal or unethical behavior, financially unsound, or otherwise unfit to participate in the bidding exercise. This provision shall also be a condition precedent to, and continuing condition of, any Contract between the OSCE and a successful Bidder.
