The OSCE has a requirement to provide comprehensive conference service support for Border Security and Management Training for the OSCE Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation in Madrid, Spain from 22 to 26 October 2018.
The Scope of Services will include:
To provide a conference venue for the workshop for 45 participants in U-shape together with an adjacent area for the organizers on 22-26 October in the min. 4-star hotel in Castellana tourist area or within 3 km distance from either Police Central HQ (Avenida de Julián González Segador s/n, 28043 Madrid) or the Division for International Co-operation (Avda. Pío XII 50, 28016 Madrid).
To furnish the venue with the necessary equipment for conference purposes.
To prepare and serve 8 coffee-breaks and 5 lunches for the same number of people within the venue.
To provide comprehensive technical and administrative support.
To provide accommodation for 34 people in single rooms, breakfast incl., from 21-27 October 2018 in the same hotel where the training takes place.
