Summary of Requirements

ODIHR is seeking a qualified IT company for the provision of Comprehensive Services for ODIHR Conference and Event Registration System: Maintenance, Event Support, and System Updates (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”):

  1. Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of ODIHR's Conference and Event Registration System (the “System”), including updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  2. Support: Provide standby support during ODIHR's events to promptly address and resolve system issues, minimizing disruptions.

System Updates: Development of System modifications and adjustments, as requested by ODIHR.
