The OSCE has a requirement to provide conference services for the organization of a national workshop for representatives of relevant Armenian authorities to develop a Roadmap for establishing an API system on 17-19 June 2019 in Yerevan, Armenia, including conference facilities, rental of equipment and technical support, provisional accommodation services for self-payers as well as catering services and printing of information materials. The event venue should be a min. three-star hotel within 3 km distance from the city centre of Yerevan, with a conference room with windows and a sufficient amount of daylight that can accommodate up to 45 participants seated at tables in a communicative (non-theatre) style: banquet style with small tables for up to 4-5 seated people per table (total no. of tables: 8-9), with a head table for the panel of up to 4 people. Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
