Provision of conference services for the workshop “Economic empowerment of women in Syunik region and other regions of Armenia” of Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities in Yerevan, Armenia, on 7-9 February 2020
The Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA) is seeking offers from eleigible and qualified companies for provision of conference services for the workshop “Economic empowerment of women in Syunik region and other regions of Armenia” in Yerevan, Armenia, on 7-9 February 2020. The Scope of services will include:
To provide hotel accommodation for 23 participants of the event (single room rate, incl. breakfast);
To provide a conference venue for up to 30 participants;
To furnish the venue with the necessary equipment for conference purposes;
To prepare and serve 6 coffee-breaks and 3 lunch breaks for the same number of people within the venue;
To provide comprehensive technical and administrative support.
The venue should be a min. 3-star hotel within 3 km from a city centre of Yerevan. The bidder needs to have demonstrated experience in conducting similar events. Technical support personnel and front office personnel need to be able to communicate in English.
