The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is interested to obtain an offer for the provision of training, coaching, functional consultancy and development consultancy services for the Enterprise Information System (EiS) software, and optionally for the report development for implementing reports in its existing EiS software. The required outcome of the services: 1. Reporting superusers from the business are able to modify existing reports and create ad-hoc reports from scratch based on EiS data model. For the list of superusers and their requirements; 2. Professional use of EiS GL Connect module for relevant superusers; 3. OSCE Secretariat ICT is able to implement new reports internally; 4. Selected reports are implemented in the EiS software
