The OSCE intends to establish long-term window contract/s for the period of five (5) years for provision of Consulting services in Promoting Green Ports and Connectivity in the Caspian Region. As part of this project, the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA) works to build the capacity of OSCE participating States to reduce the environmental footprint of their transport sector, with a particular focus on ports along the Middle Corridor in Azerbaijan (Baku), Kazakhstan (Aktau and Kuryk), Georgia (Batumi), and Turkmenistan (Turkmenbashi). The project aims to assist these five ports along the Corridor - critical players in its success - in managing rising transit demand while enhancing sustainability and strengthening climate and economic resilience. This will be achieved through the adoption of best environmental and energy practice, as well as climate action and digitalization.
