The OSCE Secretariat located in Vienna, Austria has a regular requirement in express mail and parcel services. The objective of this bidding exercise is to obtain competitive Bids and enter into a Contract with a qualified, internationally experienced and worldwide operating courier company which demonstrated long-term successfully operating business. The collection shall be made by the contractor on a daily basis, except week ends and the OSCE public holidays which will be notified to the Contractor. The exact timing for collection shall be agreed upon between the OSCE and the Contractor, but under all circumstances it shall take place within 9:00 – 17:00 hrs. The location where mail and/or parcels shall be collected from is Wallnerstrasse 6, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Upon specific request, the Contractor shall be able to perform collection from other locations within Vienna, Austria.
