Provision of high speed (min 10MBit/s) uninterrupted and unfiltered internet access to the OSCE Office in Yerevan. ISP must be 1st level internet provider in Armenia, have more than one of its own primary terrestrial internet connections outside of Armenia. Associated services include installation and/or configuration of necessary infrastructure.
