OSCE SPU The Project plans to conduct organize a four-day seminar in Transcarpathia to introduce and discuss with the participants (members of media community, public officials, and civil society experts) role of the press and its impact on sustainability of Ukraine’s democracy, establishment of good governance in times of the war, in the Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine on 29 May - 02 June 2024
