Summary of Requirements

The Information and Communications Technology Services (ICTS) of the OSCE Secretariat located in Vienna, Austria is interested to establish a 5-year Contract for the provision of HP Hardware & Software Maintenance Services for the IT back-end infrastructure. The following services are included in the scope of the tender:

  1. Hardware Maintenance Services;
  2. Software/Operating System Support;
  3. Additional services (e.g., technological upgrades, on-site assistance, etc.).

In order to be eligible to participate in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) process, the interested company should meet the following minimum mandatory requirements:

  • Gold or Platinum partner in the HPE Partner Ready Program;
  • VMware, Data Protector and RedHat Enterprise Linux certification;
  • Service Engineers are either Accredited Technical Professionals (ATP) or Accredited Solutions Experts (ASE).
