The OSCE Service Desk is based in the Secretariat and follows ITIL best practices in delivering service to the user community. A total of 40 agents service up to 600 devices located in Vienna using the currently deployed application Matrix 42. The purpose of this tender is to select a suitable replacement application which provides the functionality described in the terms of reference, initially for use at the OSCE Secretariat but with a view to future roll out to other OSCE Missions and Institutions.
