The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) implements the Project "Strengthening Ukraine’s Financial Monitoring System Preparedness to Fight Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Threats" in partnership with the Academy of Financial Monitoring. As part of these efforts, the Project intends to develop ICT solution for online learning and testing for the representatives of anti-money laundering terrorist financing and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (AML/CFT) sphere, integrate ICT solution with the existing Academy’s systems as well as to provide training of the Academy staff on the use, administration and maintenance of the ICT solution.
This ICT solution will allow Academy to make the existing system of mandatory training courses more effective, flexible, reliable and cost efficient. All associated services including deployment, installation, testing and trainings shall be conducted in Ukrainian language.
