Summary of Requirements

The Information and Communications Technology Services (ICT) of the OSCE Secretariat is interested to establish a 5-year Contract for the provision of Infrastructure Operation Support Services for the globally utilized core ICT infrastructure located at the Secretariat's datacentre. The following services are included in the scope of this Request for Proposal:

  1. Tape Backup Operation and Maintenance;
  2. Storage Area Network Operation and Maintenance (SAN);
  3. Central Storage System Operation and Maintenance (3PAR);
  4. Linux Server Operation and Maintenance (backup for the OSCE Administrators);
  5. Oracle Databases Operation and Maintenance (backup for the OSCE Administrators);
  6. Network and Wireless Local Area Networking Operation and Maintenance (backup for the OSCE Administrators).

We are expecting to receive solid and competitive proposals from the experienced and qualified Service Providers that fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience providing similar services;
  • Gold or Platinum partner in the HPE Partner Ready Program;
  • Service Engineers must be Accredited Technical Professionals (ATP) or Accredited Solutions Experts (ASE);
  • Bidder must be certified to maintain the following platform & software:
               - HP Integrity Server Systems;
               - HP “x86” ProLiant Server Systems;
               - HP Alpha Server Systems;
               - HP SAN and Storage Systems;
               - HP Data Protector, including tape backup system;
               - RedHat Linux;
               - Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2008R2/2016;
               - SUSE Linux;
               - HP Tru64 Unix;
               - Oracle Databases;
               - HPE Data Centre Switching;
               - HPE/Aruba Wireless Networking.
