Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) hereby seeks proposals from qualified and interested Bidders for the provision of IT Security Consultancy Services in the areas of:

  • Penetration testing
  • Security architecture/maturity assessment
  • Security incident response
  • Implementation and support of IT Security systems

The OSCE intends to establish a Corporate Window Contract for an initial period of three years, with an option of extension for two additional years, subject to future needs, funds availability and Contractor's performance. The new contract is expected to commence as of Q4 2022.
