Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Secretariat ICT Section would like to establish a contract with a training provider able to offer a comprehensive course portfolio including:

Business Skills Training (Project Management/ PRINCE2®, ITIL®, PMO Consultancy and Requirements Gathering Skills),
Vendor Training (Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, VMWare) and
IT Skills Training (Networking, Programming, Operating Systems, Security, Telephony).
