Effective communication needs to be supported with visibility monitoring and regular reporting. Timely, comprehensive and well-structured monitoring of how the OSCE is featured by external sources is an essential indicator of public perception.
The bidder should have a proven track record with conducting news monitoring and analysis. The database of the sources analysed should be comprehensive, free-to-access and it should include sources published in six OSCE languages and corresponding scripts.
