OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) seeks for the proposals from qualified contractors for the Provision Monitoring of printed and online media as well as television and social media and reporting on the selected issues to the Press and Public Information Unit (PPIU) of the OSCE SMM to Ukraine, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated in the TOR.
