OSCE Office in Tajikistan is searching for a provider of complex services for mobile communication (GSM 900/1800, 3G-UMTS/WCDMA standards). Priority services are voice communication in Tajikistan and in roaming, GPRS/EDGE data services both in Tajikistan and roaming. It is envisaged that the corporate mobile connection of OSCE Office in Tajikistan staff shall cover up to 300 SIM-cards. The mobile voice and data services must cover Tajikistan, Central Asia, Russian Federation, Caucasus regions, Europe, USA and those geographical areas where the OSCE has its operations.
