Summary of Requirements

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this tender is to obtain competitive bids from qualified companies for the purpose of selecting a contractor for providing “Multi-factor Authentication Services” for the OSCE in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The scope of services required is the following:

  • MFA service fulfilling the following purposes:
    • MFA user devices as required by OSCE.
    • An access point for end-users to request MFA services.
    • An access point for OSCE MFA administrators or operatives to review requests and to approve/reject them or for the purpose of revoking any cancelled/compromised MFA devices.
  • MFA support services:
    • Annual managed service.
    • Annual user support service.
