Provident Fund Provider for the OSCE - The Terms of Reference consists of three parts. The first part is a set of questions on the different elements of the bundled DC services (e.g. administration/record keeping, investment menu offering and participant services) the OSCE is looking for.
Parts two and three focus on the two most important investment options that OSCE would like to be part of the investment options line-up, namely a capital preservation strategy and lifecycle strategies. The Provident Fund will be operated on the assumption that all its assets and income shall be exempt from taxation. The provider needs to offer a sub-account system, where the in-payments of OSCE staff members are administered.
