This public survey will serve as a measure of baseline and progress for the reform monitoring and evaluation and will help detect changes in the population's attitude towards the police throughout the reform implementation. In agreement with the Ministry of Interior of Armenia, this survey will focus on assessing the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the police service and their awareness of the police reform process, as well as on surveying perceptions of the main threats to personal/community level safety and security.
To carry out the research on the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the OSCE is looking for an impartial polling agency with extensive experience in conducting public opinion surveys on issues of public policy and concerns.
