The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has a requirement to provide railroad and bus tickets. The OSCE intends to award a contract for a period till 31 March 2020 with possible further prolongation (for max. 3 years) subject to positive contractor's performance evaluation and the Mission's mandate prolongation. The interested Bidders are invited to request bidding documents.
