Essential Requirements: Location: Tetovo Town, preferably close to Tetovo University.
Building size: The Vendor may offer a ‘Stand-alone’ building (single house) or floor space that is a part of a larger building with other tenants, but separated in all respects from the other floors and tenants (i.e. and common facilities). However, the floor space offered must be a minimum size of 150m² and a maximum of 250m². It must be able to be configured to support the following working spaces:
1 x office approximately 15m²
2 x offices approximately 30m² to 35m² each.
1 x office approximately 20m²
Conference room approximately 40m²
Toilets, a minimum of 2 WCs and 2 washbasins.
Kitchen connected to mains water and drainage approximately 10m²
Technical / I.T room approximately 10m²
Parking lot for 6 vehicles with space for a diesel generator unit.
Contract duration: Rental period of minimum one (1) year up to five (5) years
