The OSCE Mission in Kosovo (OMIK) is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies to offer a capacity building training on Communication and Public Relations and Social Media Engagement. The main objective of the activity is to enhance capacities of the OSCE Mission’s interlocutors, MLGA, the Auditor Office and Kosovo Police, in using the new communication technology to interact with the community and to improve the shortcomings of the existing communication channels.
