The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan (PCUz) continues to support national stakeholders in promoting open data mechanisms as means of creating an ecosystem where businesses can progress based on the data opened by public institutions.
In co-operation with the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan and the IT Park Uzbekistan, the PCUz plans to contract a company who will conduct trainings on open data as follows:
Conduct a one-day training for at least 200 state data officers in Uzbek language;
Conduct at least four webinars (each webinar has to be at least 2 hours long) in Uzbek and Russian languages for at least 250 people;
Conduct one practical in-person training (min. 6 hrs) on the use of open data that will be delivered in Uzbek and Russian languages for at least 100 people;
Provide technical support in conducting the hackathon;
Perform co-ordination and communication activities with webinar participants, trainees and trainers/experts, and mentors;
