The OSCE wishes to rent suitable premises OSCE Regional Office (RO) Prizren, within a 1.5 km radius from the city center. The Vendor may offer a ‘stand alone’ building or floor space that is part of a larger building containing other tenants. The floor space offered must be of a minimum size 500 m² and a maximum size of 700 m². The office space will be required from 1st of July 2016.
