Summary of Requirements

The objective of this assignment is to make improvements to the Legislationline.org website, making data more accessible to users, visually appealing and easier to navigate.

Transforming the way information is presented on the Legislationline.org website through the development of a new website, based on a well-known open-source Content Management System (CMS) and enabling ODIHR to present data in a visually appealing way and enabling users to search and filter information based on additional metadata elements;
Ensuring that the website is responsive to varying screen sizes;
Ensuring that these changes are sustainable without requiring significant technical maintenance on the part of ODIHR.

Expected contract duration: 1 time service contract including 1 year post development maintenance contract/ expected month of commencement October/November 2020/ end date of the maintenance contract May 2022.
